Women's Group
A dedicated space for women to access mental health and addiction support in a safe, clinical environment.
Women Supporting Women in Recovery
At EHN Health USA, our women’s-only group is designed to be a supportive, empowering space for women navigating recovery from mental health challenges, substance use, or both. Some topics are harder to explore in co-ed settings: trauma, body image, motherhood, family roles, and expectations among them. This group offers the freedom to speak openly, without discomfort or judgment. Care is trauma-informed at every level, with an emphasis on:
- Emotional safety and self-trust
- Community-building with peers who “get it”
- Skill-building that supports recovery and wellbeing
- Respect for each woman’s pace and priorities
Clinical Expertise and Lived Experience
Our women’s group is facilitated by licensed female counselors who specialize in women’s behavioral health and recovery. Many bring both clinical skill and personal experience, offering guidance shaped by professional insight and real understanding. In each session, clients are encouraged to show up authentically, participate at their own pace, and explore issues that matter most to them. Topics include:
Coping with trauma and rebuilding emotional safety
Body image, self-worth, and internalized stigma
Relationships, boundaries, and trust in recovery
Navigating family expectations and caregiving roles
Identity, resilience, and long-term growth
The format is designed to promote self-reflection, peer accountability, self-esteem and progress that feels sustainable.
Women’s Mental Health Treatment
Many women seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or psychological challenges. Our women’s mental health group offers a safe environment to explore these concerns with others who understand what it means to carry emotional weight while managing family, work, or caregiving responsibilities.
Led by licensed female clinicians, our mental health-focused sessions help clients:
- Build emotional awareness and regulation skills
- Address past or ongoing trauma in a supportive setting
- Manage identity, body image, and relational stress
- Strengthen self-worth and confidence
Clients are encouraged to participate at their own pace and bring their lived experience into the therapeutic process. Sessions are structured to create space for self-reflection, skill-building, and peer connection, without pressure, judgment, or unrealistic expectations.
Women’s Addiction Treatment Center Group
Substance use can be closely tied to trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm, especially for women who have experienced complex life dynamics or caregiving burnout. Our women’s addiction treatment center group provides a nonjudgmental space to examine the role substances have played and build strategies for lasting change. This program supports women in:
- Identifying personal triggers and patterns
- Replacing harmful coping strategies with sustainable alternatives
- Rebuilding trust and stability in relationships
- Exploring the intersection of gender, addiction, and recovery
Each client receives clinical guidance and peer support that acknowledges their individual path. Recovery is approached as a process of growth, not perfection, and is supported by evidence-based practices that integrate mental health, behavioral tools, and real-world flexibility.
A Women’s Group for Connection and Belonging
Women often carry responsibilities that make traditional treatment hard to access. That’s why this group is offered virtually, with a schedule that respects work, family, and geographic limitations. No matter if you live in an area without local support, manage a household, or need to attend from home, this program is designed to remove barriers without compromising quality of care.
Clients often say this group gives them something they hadn’t expected: a sense of belonging. By connecting with others in recovery, women often rediscover confidence, purpose, and the ability to be vulnerable in community.
This is a space where healing conversations happen, stories are met with care, and each step forward is acknowledged and supported by others walking a similar path. Reach out today for more information.
