Outpatient Treatment at EHN Health USA
Weekly therapy isn’t always enough. EHN Health USA’s virtual outpatient program offers more structure, clinical depth, and support—without requiring a full-time commitment. If you are beginning treatment for the first time or stepping down from an intensive outpatient program, this level of care helps you regain control while keeping your daily life intact.
What We Treat
Our outpatient program is designed for adults managing:
- Depression, anxiety, PTSD, or trauma-related symptoms
- Substance use disorders (SUD)
- Co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
- Emotional burnout or life stressors impacting daily function
If you’re not in crisis, but not feeling like yourself, outpatient care provides structure and space to regain balance.
How Virtual Outpatient Works
We combine licensed clinicians, small group settings, and science-backed methods to create effective, individualized treatment. Our outpatient program is built with more flexibility for those with stable symptoms or progressing through recovery with support tailored to your goals and symptoms, including:
- Clinical assessments
- Personalized treatment planning
- Small intimate groups
- Weekly individual therapy
- Weekly group sessions
- Morning and evening availability
- Specialized groups
And yes—it works.
A recent retrospective study led by EHN Health USA’s Clinical Director, Joanna Markman, LCSW, showed that over 91% of clients who remained in virtual treatment for at least 30 days reported 30 days of abstinence, with nearly half completing or stepping down to lower levels of care.
Support That Evolves With You
Outpatient treatment is one part of EHN Health USA’s full continuum of care, which includes:
- Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
- Outpatient Programs (OP)
- Continuing Support
If you are stepping into care for the first time or transitioning from a higher level of support, we’ll meet you where you are—with expert care that adapts to your progress.
